This line has been designed and manufactured for the production of cylinder block components as well as heavy parts. All production processes in this line are continuous and automatic. All stages of the production of cylinder block components include molding; the production and placement of muscle in the form of melting, grinding, shot, and leak testing and coloring by special and advanced equipment.

 

Molding Speed: 80 Molds per hour

Effective Melting Furnace:5 tons

Products manufactured: ROA; TU5; EF7; OHVG cylinder block parts
