The general meeting of the General Assembly annually ended on 2017/03/20, the Iran Khodro Casting Company (a special joint stock company) was held on Wednesday,2017/04/17at 10:00 am at the premises of the conference hall of Iran Khodro Development Company.

Following the audit of the independent auditor’s report and the statutory inspector and reviewing the board’s activity report, the financial statements of 1395 were eventually approved by the Assembly.

In the end, while appreciating the efforts of the board of directors and all staff of the company, it was emphasized on the realization of budget objectives and the necessary steps to resolve the assignments set forth at the forum.
